Packaging

Our soy wax candles are packed securely using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Despite careful packaging, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided during checkout).

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged Shipments

Report within 48 hrs

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos for verification.

Verified damaged orders will be eligible for a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
