Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Any payment received for such orders will be refunded.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Frosted Candle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only provided if:

The product is damaged during transit.
You receive the wrong product.

Customers must report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Customers are responsible for using candles safely. Please follow the care instructions provided with the product.

Keep candles away from children and pets.
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep candles away from flammable materials.
